In order to produce tea leaves for Japan with the strictest quality standards in the world, first of all, at the time of rough tea, selection is made by "tea leaf selection" by sensory inspection. At this point, it is narrowed down to about 10% of the yield.

At the Karel Chapek tea shop, the highest grade tea leaves for Japan, which are within the top 15%, and only organic tea leaves. Only rare tea leaves, which account for less than 1% of production, are used. It has the lowest proportion of stems and contains the softest tea leaves, and you can enjoy the deep color of "rooibos red" with a short extraction.

カレルチャペック紅茶店では、この日本向け茶葉のうち上位15％以内となる最高グレード、さらにオーガニック茶葉限定で。生産量の１％未満となる希少茶葉のみを使用。
茎の割合が最も少なく、柔らかな茶葉部分を最も多く含み、短時間の抽出で「ルイボスレッド」の深い色が楽しめます。
